The installation of double-wing expandable container houses must follow a standardized process. First, select a flat surface, clear obstacles, and lay a layer of gravel. Next, hoist or pull the retracted container house to the designated position and adjust its level. Then, operate the hydraulic system or manual crank to slowly extend the two expansion modules, ensuring smooth operation of the sliding rails. After expansion, lower the outriggers, tighten the fixing bolts, and check that the connection between the modules and the main body is secure. Finally, install doors and windows, connect water and electricity, and complete the internal layout. Operating procedures require that the expansion process be monitored by a designated person to prevent uneven stress on both sides from causing tilting. The outriggers must be fully grounded to ensure stable load-bearing capacity before use.
